The SMT Group has decades of experience in International and Professional Sport as well as initiating programs and products from degrees and sports courses in tertiary organisations, to starting sporting organisations and clubs. The people involved in the SMT Group have started exercise programs for newborn babies, toddlers, preschoolers, children at school and the over 50s as well as developed a range of computer programs that will assist with planning and reporting, the daily roles of staff as well as a series of Advice Programs designed to assist with improving ones attitude both sporting and work related. 

ASMT has developed a wonderful record in sports consultancy with major clients being the IRB, Irish Rugby Union, Irish Basketball, Sport Scotland, Scottish Cricket, Irish Golf Association to name but a few.
